I am a student at CSUN in southern California studying psychology, however, I am seriously considering nutrition and training as a
future career goal. My passion is snowboarding and I eventually would love to compete in Boardercross. I am pursuing a modeling career but I also love being on the other side of the camera...

Caffeine offers zero calories (calories =
potential energy). If you want "energy" to fuel workouts, eat real food (on a responsible schedule). I don't feel the need to drink anything during a workout. If I found myself thirsty, I'd sip on water.

My fitness training is built around my desire to remain and improve on functional fitness as I get older. I primarily do
strength training and belong to a gym for the better part of the year. I'd love to be able to have a home gym someday.

speaking of shrinking boobs... my girlfriends boobs went from a C to an A (the one who went on Atkins that I mentioned in the other thread). She tells me she only wears padded bras now LOL.

If the doctor reconnected the muscle they
cut through during the c-section, then yes you can strengthen your lower abdomen and "tighten" the muscles up, making them stronger. If they only put the facia back together (sadly this is common in emergency c-sections) then no, the muscle is cut and cannot be worked like normal. This is something to ask your physician about.
