La Roux: 2nd album
Published (2009-11-28 11:30:00)
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/ne...over-xmas.html They've got two weeks of writing time between now and summer, if that's the case I wonder when the second album be released. I don't want to see it rushed released. But apparently it took Ben and Elly 2-4 years for the first album, now that would be a long wait for the second album! Anyway I like the fact that they want to include more natural instruments.

There's loads as I couldn't care less how albums place chart wise but one that instantly springs to mind is the self titled debut from the 90's Mockney accented Hepburn.

hasn't this same discussion been had several times on these boards over the last few weeks? anyway... yes, Leona has a fabulous voice, but that seems about it. if she really was as individually brilliant as people say she is, then how come she never managed to get a record deal before x factor? same goes for all the rest from the show. i suppose they are just desperate for...

Stupid thread title. As is "Leona Album Fails To ‘Echo’ With Fans" which doesn't even make sense. Her single hasn't taken off and so to be still selling that amount is fantastic. Jordin Sparks sold 48k with a top 10 hit single and America is her home country. Leona's sales are much more than expected and pretty impressive all things considered.
