I do think you can get towns that are different in size. For instance, Blackpool's classed as a town and it's MASSIVE. It makes my local town seem absolutely tiny. I've always thought it was strange how Blackpool's never been classed as a city.

I think all drugs should be decriminalised. In fact I would go further I would like to see them legalised and sold officially.
All prohibition does is make money for organised crime and drug dealers and causes crime committed by users.
Portugal decriminalised all drugs a few years ago and they have seen a 10% drop in drug use, a big drop in health problems from needle...
