It simply replaces your existing box.
To record two programmes or watch one whilst recording another, you will need a second connexion to the dish (actually to the LNB attached to the dish), which is a straight forward job for an installer.

You cannot watch any Freeview channels on satellite kit. Virgin 1 is a pay channel on satellite & not available to Free to air sat receivers.
You will have a better selection of BBC interactive channels via satellite than via Freeview.

Very similar problems, here.
It didn't record the start of Strictly because it thought Merlin was still on.
Then had problems with an apparent conflict.
I wonder if it's a box problem, or has the BBC screwed up the start/end of programme markers tonight??

In order of benefit to me :-
1. Delete whilst recording
2. Auto Folder Removal
3. Accessing Guide in Playback or TS
4. HD Playback from external drive
Probably also no deletion of ITV HD schedules on rescan, but can't tell yet
Rgds.

My LG 32" 1080p TV in the bedroom seems okay but my main Panasonic 46" TV does not.
It is okay via RGB scart but via HDMI my old aetting of 4:3 on the TV does not work.

Try swapping the leads at the LNB. If the fault is still the same, it's the wiring. If it changes to so the duff feed is now working, I guess it either means the LNB is faulty or dish is possibly a bit out of adjustment.

Almost certainly not.
The effort in implementing that compared to the number of people who will use it isn't worth it. Plus the fact that the HDR can't play Divx files, what's the point?

The update to show the individual tuning in diagnostics doesn't look any different to me still showing a duplicate of one tuner, and if you try an 'lock' one of the tuners by setting a recording then you can't enter diagnostics anyway.
