Yes it is beatable, it will never be cured but it can be totally controlled. You just have to take your meds(if prescribed) religiously and with that support to challenge yourself to do things that you felt incapable of doing before. Maybe they will also give you therapy for you to cope better. In time, things will get easier and your life will smile to you again....
