It all depends on the clip, how you are rendering it and your system specs.

Hello. I uninistalled Juicer. Since I didn't see a specific 'uninstaller' app, I deleted all the relative folders from the various places on the hard drive. I also deleted the locally stored preview files. I then reinstalled Juicer. I'm still getting the 'Preview File not found'. In preferences, I've verified I have 'Stream Video Previews directly from web' selected, as in the screen grab in the...

Did the disc mount before you tried to render? If it did, see if you can open up the disc in finder. If you can't open it then the disc is bad. Also be sure you are inserting the correct disc for the clip you want to render.

Hey, I finally moved my computer to Windows 7, after letting my son test the other computer a while, and it's gone smoothly (other than the first hard drive, a brand new Seagate, crashing on me the first day). Thanks so much for making it so easy to restore my catalog! I'll reinstall the fonts just to be safe, since you recommended that, but all my other stuff has restored just fine! Knock on wood ... :-) (in reply to Tuluws )

Technically you cannot use those volumes since you bought them off eBay, it is against the EULA. But to answer your question, I guess you probably could, but it wouldn't be all at once, you would probrably have to do it folder by folder and may have to rename the files manually. A very time consuming process to say the least. Better bet is to keep the discs close by or make ISOs and mount them as needed, as Juicer will recognize them that...

Nitin, a little more information, hoping this will help you guys. I realize Windows 7 is still new, and it seems most are not having the problem I am. In my case, I'm still having problems with the UAC prompt after installing 3.62c (and my settings match what you suggested), but running main.exe directly seems to work. I haven't installed the fonts and all yet, that's next. I did get a ...

Hi Tomdeco, Once the previews are installed locally, the Juicer will play these previews from the local drive by default, If you want to preview from the web ,you will need to uninstall the product from Juicer, so that previews will stream from the web. What you can do now is to delete the previews for the selected volumes from the Catalog Manger, so that previews will stream from web...
