Do you know people who have actually gotten positions through linked in and/or facebook? I have had recruiters call me in the past because I listed my name and company name in linkedin. I removed the company name to stop the unethical phishing. I got the calls but they were not for me! Facebook is another issue. Do you trust it? Thank you for the information....

Organizations like the AARP try to make it illegal to ask about age. But I think that tactic is ineffective. These days, it's easy for a company to find your age.
