Re: How much did you spend on Thanksgiving? It'll be less than $5 I think. It's just us (DH, me, 2 kids and newborn) this year. I budgeted in the potatoes and veggies with our groceries, so no expense there. DH got a free turkey from work. MIL brought down a peach pie last week for DD's bday (she brought us 3 pies - apple and peach, but we ate 2 already. ) so that's our dessert. I need to buy some rolls/bread and cranberry...

Re: How much did you spend on Thanksgiving? I've spent about $18 maybe? Our turkey was $9. Pie from scratch about $1. Sweet potatoes and banana casserole, I'd guess about $1.25. Potatoes, about $2. Green bean casserole (we stocked up at the can can sale) was about maybe $3-$4. I haven't bought my cornbread yet, I will probably have to make from scratch since we need GF, but yeah, I don't understand how all of you are...

It took so many hours due to my crappy computer and the laggy website, but I finally got it done just now, and thank God the coupon code worked. Re: How much did you spend on Thanksgiving?
I have 30+ people coming. Even though it's a potluck thanksgiving, I have had to buy a turkey, ham, some frozen vegetables, snacks, appetizers, 2 pies, and juice. I've spent over $100 so far. I haven't gotten the bread yet either. And this is with barely any couponing because I've really slacked ...

Do you buy Organic milk?
OK, so I am thinking about trying to set a budget and the most expensive grocery item we buy is Organic milk. I buy about a half gallon of Soy milk ($3.00) every 2 weeks for my son, a gallon of organic 2% milk ($6.50) for my dd and I, and a half gallon of whole organic ($3.50) for my youngest dd. it is more like ...

Re: Taken off Swagbucks... is there any hope?
Oddly I can't get into my swagbucks account today. I have only had mine about 2 weeks and used it for internet searches almost daily, then today when I tried it I can't get in. I emailed customer service though don't really expect much from an online customer service company like that. We'll...

Re: Cheap eye makeup remover
I don't know how $ it is, but I love Mary Kay's oil free eye make-up remover. It lasts forever though. I don't use it every day, but I've had my bottle probably 18 months or so.

What do you spend or budget for groceries, health and beauty etc? Any pets? Health care co-pays? There are a lot of things missing in your list. Gifts, entertainment? Spending money?
You have some killer high interest rates on a couple of those CC...can you consolidate to a lower interest rate card, or at least call and talk them down?
