I only code my meter once ,each time I open a new cannister. As long as the number is the same I don't re -enter the code. This is how my CDE taught me.

You should be able to replace the battery for less than $2 at stores that carry batteries. I got mine at Walmart.

I've given up trying to get one out at 3a.m. (I'm talking about strips here - so watch it!). I dump the whole lot on a plate & they stay there until I've used them up. Which takes me not very long.

Great job, Hannah. The OCCasional epithelial cells that the tech or analyzing instrument noticed are just skin cells that got into the sample. If there are a large amount of them, then it is safe to assume that the sample was too contaminated.

I grease them with some lard twice a week and try not to prick the finger tips but the sides less nerves.

Today's my appointment with my doc... gonna get a new set of labs... that means new A1c, cholesterol levels, liver function, renal function, and c-peptide...
