This may work for some newspapers especially financial papers that are deemed to have valuable information. I came across this at random, as I don't read the newspaper regularly. But, here are the tiers of how much you can read: Non-registered and non-paying: 2 articles/month Registered and non-paying: 10 articles/month After that, you have to pay to read on line. Many of them watch Fox, AND MSNBC, AND Public Television, AND CNN--and all the others, and make up their own minds. They read and get out and talk to real people, many of whom disagree, but who are grown ups, too, looking for real answers.
