Martyna, Found this burtied in an older thread. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Creative Labs\Licenses" directory. Rename the B3420000.dat file there to B3420000.dat.old. Reinstall the Creative software. This dll will no longer see the previous activation and allow you to install and reactivate. Rick

Hi Mary, Sorry for the extra r in your name. I did not catch it on proofing so I am wearing my dunce hat, old and frayed as it is. Question, is your Bluetooth working just fine? It took a very long time to get mine to work. The XPS 730x was missing applications, drivers and firmware. Dell Hardware Support insisted that I needed a replacement motherboard, replacement Bluetooth...

Hello,
If you used a registry 'program' to do this damage, most have an option to undo it.
If you manually edited the registry, did you backup before you changed the settings?
If you need, this thread on another site might help.

In the past it was very accurate and many times you would get your order earlier than that.
Of late however don't expect it before the end of the year with their current situation. Every order of every type for a PC whether desktop or laptop seems to be meeting with "parts issues". If you order things such as laptop bags, external drives, printers, etc those seem to ship very quickly.

This basically is a user to user, not a user to Dell forum. You will need to contact Dell directly about a RMA.

Could you please post the exact text of the error message.
Also, check the reading of the power button LED, is it solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber, also and the sequence of the Diagnostic Lights on the back of the case.

Is the power button LED, solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber, or off?
Check the sequence of the Diagnostic Lights on the back panel?
Are there any error messages, or 'Beeps'?

I have a problem using the forum tool to go back to the "Previous" page. In fact, I can't -- at all. I have to go the list in my account and click on a post that is on the page I wish to view.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't hold my breath seeing a fix to any of these problems. You'll find at least one thread where Community members pointed out a problem and 6, 7, or more months later the problem ...

No one can help on the basis of that post, no.
What model system? What model printer? What operating system? What type of connection to the printer (USB, parallel, wireless)? Has it ever worked before? Did you reload Windows? If so, did you properly load all the drivers?

Not without knowing which model you have, no. And are you sure you purchased the bluetooth option (it was an option, not standard equipment)?

There is no ESATA connection and unless you ordered the system with a firewire card, that won't be present, either. The drive is supported by the controller in the external case, so any size drive you wish, can be used.
