Long-term sick leave benefits for depression? REALLY?? I'd never go to work again. Seriously, that sounds like hooey to me on the woman's part. If I'm on disability leave for a back injury and I start posting pictures of myself PWNING a pommel horse competition, I can't imagine I'd have the chutzpah to act surprised.

Are you on a well or city? I'll assume city, I would think there can't be too much sediment in that water, but you can get mineral deposits.
Is there a filter near the hot water heater that might need to be changed?
Is there good hot water pressure in the rest of the house?
