Hello Turbine, I am a very happy and proud member of the DDO Community. I've been a subscriber for a few years now. I've been buying TP like crazy since Unlimited arrived and I haven't noticed not receiving any free points until this month. I've never received an in-game mail message with my subscriber points. I've never noticed my TP balance going up because of any free points. Is there a way I can definitively check...

I did bug report it, but how do I determine if it is WAI, it states right in the Bug Report form that they are not replied to... although a message saying "hey we need more information." is a good indication that it may be a bug It brings up a bigger question. i did, said it takes 1-2 weeks for a response, guess since im no longer a vip im not a priority :P i canceled the sub right after making it as the card i used will expire before it was due again and i was gunna switch it to the new card. It said the status will continue till the month ended, 5 days later its gone. I reactivated the sub, looks like it charged me another 15 bucks too. Hopefully they figure sumtin out, or can credit me for next...

Cannot build Veteran status, but...

So... I can't build a veteran. I have plenty of favor, but when I generate a PC I do not begin play on the airship as I am told, by players, that I should. I unlocked veteran weeks ago and never read the message, was there somthing in there that I may have missed? Thanks!
