Please could I have your opinions of whether I need to change my pitched roof to a flat roof.
The roof on my house extention leaks so I am going to get some roofers to quote for repair, or to change to a flat roof. It leaks around the corners of the upstairs bay window, and drips into my livingroom below.
Ive included some photos, and below is a
list of things which I guess need ...

im doing this on a job at moment and am removing bottom tile.cutting defective old rubberoid felt.using 6mm ply from
fascia ,up the rafter so theres a slope forward.laying 300mm dpc, ensuring a minimum 150mm lap under the existing felt.then replacing the tile.
makes sense to use the board while you are replacing the fascias.

we have a slight leak coming from the end of a
pitched roof into the corner of the bedroom ceiling, there is no damage to the tiles and cannot see anything to show how the rain is coming through
if i apply some of this stuff would it do the job? from what i have gathered the acrylic stuff is better than mastic
