did he ride a horse? if your on heavy clay then the sub-base should be approaching 250-300mm for a decent long lasting drive. There is no need for a fabric memebrane on a drive that is done properly. should be drainage as well, regardless of teh depth of the mot. __________________ have grace to accept what cant be changed, strength to change what can, wisdom to see the difference

thats great thanks, think they will look good with decking boards thats what I was going to make mine from but then someone mentioned the preservative could seep out into the soil. So your idea with the plywood and then decking would look good.

You could also fix a trellis to the fence panels, then tie the plants to the trellis as they grow.

Shed felting - to use adhesive...

Thanks LeadFarmer ... I had intended to go ahead with bitumen adhesive but the weather a couple of days ago was so cold that it was almost solid in the tin and totally unspreadable. Abandoned the idea and compensated with a good quality felt and loads of nails. Thanks all for your contributions.

Hot Tub Identification????
Published (2009-12-04 08:03:00)
Hey Deano, I bought a spa on ebay in July 2007 and it has a remote control with the model no GD 3002(3). I understood it was chinese manufactured and have been looking through an access panel I had to cut myself, There are circuit diagrams in English, but with Chinese writing on them, I assume it was the technician that assembled it's signature. Anyway, my problem is that the control panel on the top of the spa is cracked and has water...

The railings are £150 per meter (to our design) and the coating is an extra £30 per meter.

Sounds like you got a cheap job which is probably what you asked for. Would look better if you reinstated slabs IMO. Anyway everything gets wet when it rains - just put up with it.
