I got the swivel head sheet metal shear for a project. You have to loosen the allen wrench screw to turn the head, but that's OK. Like you say, it gets "a" job done. Well worth the money. I have a fax machine. It is much easier to fax something than it is to mail it or deliver it in person. I got a prescription from the doctor yesterday. My doctor is 60 miles from my house. My pharmacy is about 15 min in the opposite direction. Ask any group of women and they will say more space is always better. If you don't need to room for something else, I would not take them out. If you ever go to sell the house, you will find out that it is usually the wife who makes the final decision on a new home and the kitchen is a large part of what they consider when making a choice.
