Have other uses experienced over the last 4 weeks a sudden loss of picture,
going
all green then returning in about 10 secs. This happens once a night
at a different time.
Is the box playing up, if so as it is less than a year old I hope Sky will
replace it ???

If you don't have a card, you'll get BBC1 London, BBC2 England, and
ITV1 Central West, Channel 4, but no Five channels in the EPG.
(You'll get all the other FTA channels, too.)

You can use any FTA receiver to get the stuff from 28.2E, but you won't
get a full
Freesat EPG unless you get a Freesat-certified receiver.
