This guy is an absolute classic! He hasn't even started the job and already he is slavering at the thought of charging for ITV channels - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/money/art...-channels.html & many others. ITV tried this before of course. The business model was a complete and utter shambles and nearly bankrupted the whole of ITV, although they cleverly changed the name back to "OnDigital" just before calling in...
