Tyroc - I think he is assigned to Project: 7734. I think that black soldier checking out Lucy Lane/Superwoman. Quislet - harder to guess unless he/it is one of the Science Police cameras in disguise. Chameleon Boy - very hard to pinpoint ...... a wild guess, I once thought he could be Jim Haper the Guardian. But too many inconsistensies with that theory. It would be kinda wild and surprising if he would be disguised as Steve Lombard.

Is Garth still Proty?

Which still makes the answer "Not unless a current writer uses that idea." Because, DC's policy of retcons and reboots continues unabated despite their lies to the contrary. > in my humble opinion Garth never was proty until...

From what we saw in Adventure #1, Dream Girl may be captive somewhere. Yeah, don't think Cham could be Guardian, unless he switched later on. The first few appearances like the Special were too much in his head. And seems less likely with him joining the JLA now. From his O&O, it looks like Cham and Tellus are confronting Guardian. Cham will likely reveal himself at a most critical dire moment in the story.

Dr. Z, the Legion are playing a big role in the Superman book...obviously there's Mon-El but the solicits indicate that Mon's going to meet many of the Legionaires living in the past...and it's been stated that it's going to be part of the 2010 event, with Legion playing a big role. Look at the Superman solicts for the same month

No, he cannot.
And I think we're really talking about his redemption in OUR eyes, the readers. I think this goes far beyond an eye for an eye. You're right in saying he's possibly the worst mass murderer in DC's history so anyone, real or fictional, who doesn't think he's beyond redemption is VERY forgiving, in my opinion.

Sales usually dictate longevity, but I doubt that R. E.B.E.L.S. will end with issue #14 just because the 'Starro' arc ends with that issue. Just maybe, if the sales pick up a bit in the oncomming months it will continue as L.E.G.I.O.N. after the whole 'Starro' nonsense is finished.

It's toss up for me between issues 4 and 13. I loved Mon-El's return and the final page fading to white. I also loved the issue that introduced Kent Shakespeare. He was my favorite new member during that run.
That said, for me there wasn't a bad issue through the return of Darkseid (except for the war in issues 15 -18. Didn't really care for the story that much, but maybe...
