Thanks Andy one of those links I have tried before, I am using Vista and just to point out my problem as I could not use the software with the new keyboard and mouse I cannot control the mouse speed even using the application on Vista, it still flies around the screen, Microsoft who would have them. Regarding the link to MS updates for Vista systems I have tried both that they offer, but after downloading it says not applicable to my system...

I installed the Release Candidate version about 3 months ago and was not aware it has yet been released as a OEM or update version so hence my method of reply. Hi, can you not just re install or repair the operating system. either from CD or from a partitioned drive ? Should you have to go for a new install, I'd look at Windows Seven which you can buy from Amazon. If you could supply more information, we could give you a more informed and accurate answer.
