When I went to the Texas A&M game, we stood behind a family that had a boy, probably around 12 or 13 years old. Partway through the game the kid sits down and his parents turn to him and go, "What, are you a girl?" We need some passionate play again. The problem is something great happens and then the other team marches right back again after a little 3 minutes of fun. Look at yesterday..maybe 6 minutes left I believe we got back a 7 point lead. Then we led UNI march right back down after our little run and get something. Defense opens up the offensive game. Looks like one of the players Cal was missing due to injury is going to be back just in time for the game Saturday. I'm not sure how good he is, but according to Andy Katz "he is a must if the Bears are going to win the Pac-10." It looks like their other guy who was hurt is going to redshirt.
I guess most people expected this to be a tough game to win anyway, but after the UNI loss, it seems...

I haven't given up, either. That would be foolish this early in the year. I'm very disappointed with what I've seen the last two games because it felt all too much like the previous two years all over again. Gilstrap is a stud and animal.
We have a decent PG and a stud freshman who could've gone just about anywhere.
Lucca, Christopherson, Vanderbeken and Dendy all fill a role.

What are our chances for this game? I obviously expect to win and I think we match up with them pretty well, but my confidence is shaken after last weekend. Does Brackins regain his early form? Does Hamilton play Ogreseder well? Can Diante slow down Agelebe? Does Dendy play?

He took a couple outside shots he likely should not have, but they were completely open looks. The FT miss hurt but, IMO, not why we lost.
Aside from that, he was pretty damn good last night. Assist numbers were down at 4, but we were not scoring the ball well. Just one turnover and 15 points.
Without solid, consistent play from DG, frankly - UNI beats us by double figures.

Some act like this BB team wont win another game. It is earily in the season. Yes this win would have been nice but it didnt happen. Like I said before not many nights will this team shoot 29%. I think the new guys had real problems with the quick turn around, physically and mentaly. There is talent on this team, IMO their issue...

What would it be? Recent history would suggest ISU ...even when down...always seemed to knock somebody off - usually at home - that they weren't supposed to.
Has Mac had any of those type of wins to point to?
