Is anyone else getting nervous permalink about our bowl situation? KU is up 14-3 and are looking pretty good. If KU wins 9 teams will be eligible with only 8 bowls. I would feel much better if Mizzou just wins and we are guaranteed a bowl game! I don't want to wait and see if Nebraska beats UT. Does everyone still think we would still get picked ahead of KU...

Yes, I believe that's the only way, and think both would make it into a BCS bowl. In that case we would also need Mizzou to beat Kansas.

we better hope Texas doesnt make the MNC game permalink no team that gives up 39 points in a game has any chance in a national championship game. It will be bad for the Big 12 to see Texas rolled by Florida or Alabama. Other than Nebraska, there really isn't a decent defense in the Big 12 now.
