where did ya move? time to run 0w30 mobil 1.. that will help.. when was the last time ya did plugs? any cel codes? any coincidental vacuum leaks possibly? bad coil pack?

Not sure about the lean part but you have no low end because you have no back pressure.

Yes. Throughout the 1995.5 - 1997 generation the 2RZ 5-lugger had a single catalytic converter. The same part number applied to all such models during these years (both California LEV models and others). Later, when the dual cat system was introduced, there were different cats for California (versus all other regions).

Pulls air thru the rad, onto the engine. The same way air flows thru the rad when driving.

You rarely hear of the 5vz-fe burning oil. I got 160K before I sold mine, never used a drop of oil in its lifetime. With proper maintenance it shouldn't be burning or using any oil.
