Felix is so awesome even 2 years ago.. I heard that first year she joined she only
danced for a few months or something like that.
I have retired from pole. I shall sit here and be jealous of everyone!
I think i'll avoid buying the dvd and making myself sad.

I bought some digital scales from Kmart. They were a bit cheap though. The
weight measurement seems accurate, but the fat measurement tells me I'm obese (which I'm not)...

You don't need to buy a machine. I don't know which one you're talking about, which part of the thighs is it supposed to work?
You could start with
lunges and squats, they can be done with just your body weight and get great results IMO.

Says me - who only completed 1.2 tonight Long way til week 3! I loved the podcast though, made it
super easy to just put the headphones on and go for it without watching the clock.
I might pick a less hilly route next time though!

My husband and I both own a pair. There is no ankle support, no arch support, etc. because it's supposed to simulate barefoot walking/running. Wearing them is a pretty weird sensation - you can
feel the difference between grass and asphalt, cobblestones and grates, and your feet definitely have to work harder than if they were in regular shoes.
