Too funny ... When I saw your thread, I realized that that is what I did to my hair today - my hair was awesome, if I do say so myself !!! I used the KBB Nectar as a leave-in / CHP and GG gel. My hair is soft and has great curls. I am now on my third jar of CHP ... that is unreal for me

Donna Marie Moisture Mist
Published (2009-11-27 03:51:00)
I received mine but I'm not sure how I feel about it. I had my hair cut at Christo on Tues so I had all their icky products in my hair (lol). I tried it on a section of my hair (just for size) and I lost ALL the definition I had and gained some frizz. Not a good look lol. However, I did have some products on my hair that I didn't love so I'm gonna try again with my reg products. I also don't like the way it feels on my...

Published (2009-11-26 12:36:00)
I used to use Miss Jessie's when I first transitioned I stopped using them because I just don't feel like their ingredients are good for my hair, mainly the mineral oil ended up with really dry crispy hair. However I do really like their baby buttercream, it really helped my dry thirsty hair in the winter and gave pretty good twist out results. I just used it sparingly. the curly pudding gave good curl definition but you really have...

My favorite is still the coco curl creme. I can use it on 2nd or even 3rd
days, after dampening my hair a bit, then scrunch in a little curl creme,
and still get good curls with little frizz! Love it!

This spray is excellent. The beauty supply store 5 mins away from house
sells all of her products. I use this every morning and I love it. It makes
my hair very soft. I spray this in my hair and then add afroveda curly
custard. Been using this combo for the last 2 weeks.

I can use coconut oil in conditioner but not by itself. It makes my hair
hard hard hard and i lose all of my wave. My body loves the oil! There is
nothing else which works better for dry skin than coconut oil.

Hi the garnier triple nutrition co seems to be popular and I don't think it's expensive and it should be readily available (I'm a UK curly and the equivalent of this co in the UK is popular). HTH

I recently got some myself.
I only used it once so far and it didn't turn out so good.
I used way too much and had a producty mess.
After I washed it out my hair felt pretty darn good though. Musta did a mini DT!
If anybody has any tips I'd also be interested.

I went back and purchased two of the gels and paid about $1 for them. They are 8 oz and regular $3.99, on sale for $2.99 and with the $5 off coupon (for two or more mirra products)..total around $1. I couldn't resist. The conditioners do have protein so I will probably break down and buy these later. I was more interested in the gel. They all smelled good, light scent. The gel says it's a ...
