I'd say Sephora. What's your budget? Do you have a cosmetics store outlet near you? Some outlets sell Mac stuff and maybe they'd have some good deals on brushes there. In all honesty, I'm not sure Mac (or any other fancy pants brushes) are worth full price. They can be about $20 or more. Sephora's are a bit cheaper. In terms of quality, Target and the craft stores have better brushes IMO. But that probably won't...

RedCat, I replied to this post the other day, but now my post is missing? So here it is again - anyway, just email PSF and ask to be put on the list to be a beta tester. Whenever they need testers for new products, they contact volunteers from their lists. It's a great way to get free products! You just have to fill out a questionnaire & sign an agreement saying you won't divulge the new product or its ingredients to a...

I like it much better than their lotion. My skin I suppose would be considered combination oily. I am not prone to heavy...

A couple years ago, my mother bought one of these for my daughter at a yardsale for $1 (minus all the brushes and booklet). It was brand new. She plays with it and all her girlfriends are jealous. It's a VERY nice set for play, but I'm not sure I would want it as a serious makeup user.

Hmm, this is all very intriguing... Some like it, some hate it. I'm fed up with my current skin care routine and can't buy new products until September, so I am going to give this a try.
Any other takers?
I would be very interested to know what RCW has to say about this, too.

I've always plucked my eyebrows and I didn't stop while on Accutane. It didn't cause any problems.
Threading isn't substantially different from plucking...just a different way to pull hair out. It would be fine.

I could be wrong, but I don't think ads ( self-promotion) are allowed on

I haven't used PSF's CP's. I've only used Skin Biology CP, which I get from DianaYvonne.com. I like to use CP right after Retin-A, because CP is a collegen builder and helps to decrease dryness and peeling from Retin-A. Retin-A turns over the skin cells faster, and CP's build them back faster. They're really a match made in heaven. I only use CP in the winter months though. I seem to need ...

Have you tried CereVe hydrating cleanser ? It's readily available in drugstores and some food stores and is very mild and non-comedogenic. I would also suggest that you see a dermatologist ASAP. Good luck!!

I recently bought the Mia during Sephora F&F and I love it. Even if I had the original/classic Clarisonic, I would probably only use one speed anyway, so I don't care about not having 2 speeds. I like the smaller handle size because I have small hands, and I read that the Mia is lighter weight. The charger is pretty cool too, since I don't like adding more stuff to my counter top than ...
