Guayaba is in season and Pasta de Guayaba can be found everywhere. Very tasty stuff, it's a very think paste that is most excellent on toast, crackers or any other bread and even more delicious with Creme Cheese. My Mom thought it was too thick so she warmed it up and added a bit of water to make it a more manageable and spreadable jam. _________________ Let the adventure continue...
