My computer isn't really fixable. My friends dad fixes computers for a living, and his son is a genius with computers, nothing really worked. I mean, it's super super fast, has sooo much space, etc. But it's just..awkward ahaaa. But idk, I want like 10 scripts XD.. The toxic goblin script, for instance is my most wanted, and Gabi @ a.affliction gave me the download, it just wouldn't download and I had trouble adding it to...

I'm not sure I am getting what you saying but, the scripts that you have on or want to put on your website have no effect on your computer. You say that you computer have a lot of space so, downloading a script to your computer then uploading it to your site shouldn't be problem. If you are having problem downloading something that could be a problem with your browser or the host providing the download.

None, of that makes any sense. Just make your computer unsuck. I've made a few tutorials on how. They are all outdated though. You can pm if you want. I'll write you a new one based on your os, and specs.

You know you can just right-click and select "View Page Source" (or something similar, depending on your browser), right? That way, you'll be able to view the CSS and HTML for the menu. To be honest, however, that menu is extremely easy to make.

iirc you can replace the embed tag with the object tag with almost no changes to the rest of the code. Also, validation doesn't mean shit in the real world. For example, there isn't a single page on Myspace that validates correctly. All you get is the ability to put that buttugly "W3C valid HTML" tag on your page without lying.
