Somewhere in the settings you can limit what a person sees....I think it's under "friends".....you can make a group, click off what people in that group can and can't see, and then add the person to that group.

sync the iPod to a different computer without losing the iPod's library? Both my iPod and iPod touch are synced to a now-defunct computer that I can't even get to stay on long enough to back up the library. Is there a way to bypass backing up and transferring, and instead just sync my iPods to a new computer and transfer the libraries into iTunes?

I was being hyperbolic. I'm already to the "screw it" point with this weekend. As in, "Screw it--I'm not going to get any more shopping done, so might as well stay home and do housework."

I saw on the news that some WalMart somewhere locked threw out their customers and locked the doors, due to their bad behavior. First time in my life I was ever proud of that store. lol I went to Target at 7:00 a.m. yesterday morning, after all the hard core people were gone. I bought a really nice, soft, fuzzy blanket for 50% off for us to snuggle under on the couch. That was it. Since my family is up in WA, I'm buying gift cards this...

I don't have my own ipod, Pidge, but I remember my daughter and her mom running into this problem because the kiddo's ipod was synched to my computer and she wanted to sync it with her mom's.
