Ok, I think I found out part of the problem. The pressure regulator wasn't hooked up to the positive pressure port on the blower. I re-routed those vac/boost lines so this is correct now. The only thing I'm unsure on is, it appears I'm not getting a 1:1 ratio. If I see 5psi of boost, the fuel pressure goes up about 10 psi or so, to about 50psi. How do I get the ratio to 1:1?

Manual said it could be in one of 3 places : Under the drivers side dash close to the fuse box, behhind the glovebox or behind the stereo. Mine was up in the dash above the fuse box, took me forever to find it. __________________ 1987 5.0 GT stock 212xxx miles on the car, less than 100,000 on the engine.

No need to unhook any linkage. You raise/lower it by hand. Go slowly and don't try to force it

Nice. It's always nice when you figure out there is more than 1 way to skin a cat. Beats paying $50 for a 3-2 conversion that looks very ugly and "hacked" IMHO as well

OEM spray paint?

Some llocal CarQuest, NAPA, and body shops can mix spray cans for you if you supply the paint code, but they'll run $25-40 a can. These guys were listed in a touchup paint thread, but I've never used them http://www.automotivetouchup.com/ Never used these guys either http://www.paintscratch.com/

From left to right.
Rear brakes, front passenger side brake, and front driver's side brake is the horizontal port at the rear.
I'm using the SN95 valve as well, but gutted with an adjustable valve.
You'll need some weatherhead fittings, and it helps to get the driver's side front hard line off an SN95

If it's just under the hood, I'd just find something at Vato Zone that's pretty close and roll with it. Otherwise you'll end up paying out the wazoo. I never found any of my Ford paint codes/colors from Duplicolor; they were always some other colors that I'd never heard of.

This is not the BEST picture but you get the idea. I have 5 gauges where the radio use to be. I'm running oil psi, water temp, oil temp, boost and volt gauges. These are all Autometer Ultalites. I think I'm going to do away with the volt and oil temp and put the other 3 on the pillar so I can have my radio back.

From my experience, guys used to driving 94 and up Mustangs have a hard time getting used to the 87-93 cars lack of refinement. Granted, just about everything on the 87-93 cars can be improved, suspension, braking, etc., but they are still usually much more mechanical/raw feeling, if you know what I mean.
Some people, including me, like that, but others don't.

If the measuremnt of the front brakes is 11 inches, they'll bolt right up.If not, you'll need some spacers to put between the strut and spindle. No big deal.

Hello all, been a little while since I updated. I have to take some pictures... All the wiring is done! The car is running, but AEM is a very steep learning curve. First attempt at startup resulted in a HUGE intake backfire. I am using a Honda box with the built in wideband, so it has been a challenge.
The in-tank Aeromotive is MUCH louder than I thought it would be. Getting the power ...

I am going through the same thing you are right now putting a C5 behind my 351w, the C5 bellhousing is longer to allow for the locking torque converter. I had to order a TCI C4 164 tooth case fill bellhousing for it, it was about a 100 bucks from summit. This allows you to use a C4 torque convertor with the C5 transmission. I will know for sure in about a week but from all of the ...

I picked up a loose rear spring from the junkyard from a 94-95 V8 coupe and it is about an inch taller uncompressed than one from my 92 LX Vert. I'd only be guessing about the spring rates but it definitely is taller.

The newer car uses a hydraulic clutch instead of the cable clutch. It also uses a remote style shifter which is different from the older Cobra. I would look for a TR6060 from the GT500 personally.
