I'm chasing a high mph vibration...like 60+ I put a TKO in a while back and its been there every since. Is it possible to screw up putting a new slip yoke on the factory drive shaft? It seemed pretty straight forward to me...just swapped the factory 28 spline yoke out for the new 31-spline. Anyway to check this?

I ended up using a big ass pair of channel locks to get them to turn. Scratched the hell out of them, even covering them with a shop rag.

I was there for this event too and it was a great time. I've always liked Atco's Buick Vs. Ford event and was pretty bummed I broke my car the week before this year. Still had fun watching though and I'll be there next year (assuming I don't blow up another T5)

See my sig, I run my struts on full loose -- 1.62 60' lifts the left front about 3" and it settles down nice and smooth. I have the preload set so the top of my 26" Hoosiers are about 1" above the lip of the fender.

I have a summit aluminum fuel cell that I have mounted in my car. I need to know if the bottom of the cell which is outside the car has to have a cover on it to protect it from road debris or is this only for plastic cells? Only plastic cells Also i would like to replace the cap (12 bolt) with a extended ez fill filler cap from jaz or rci. My question is if it is legal for NHRA tracks? Not ...

Subscribing..... I have a VERY similar problem with mine right now. Mine usually happens in 3rd gear, but has happened midway through a run as well. In fact, it's happened just cruising on the highway before. I'm leaning more towards an electrical issue (maybe wiring to the MSD or ignition module or something.) I haven't done much troubleshooting yet, but will check in occassionally to ...

TeamZ and baseline are both very good companies, And I doubt you'll hear anything bad about either of them.. I personally have Baseline in the rear. Both are top notch, and proven.

I had the UPR front coilovers and the CC plates, due to the amount of added strain on the CC plates I would highly recommend the New CC plates. When I did mine it gave me way more room to adjust my Camber. Be sure you get the right springs for the coilovers the first time because the help at UPR sucks if you have a problem!
