Google says that isn't CO2: http://www.sisweb.com/referenc/msds/dustoff.pdf
I vote for going onto the aquarium hobbiest forums and reading about how to set up a CO2 system for a freshwater planted tank. Usually they use a CO2
fire extinguisher as the source which is MUCH easier to find in Canada then dry ice

Feed every 5-7 days if under a year and if over a year every 7-10. Feedings too close toether don't allow the snake to fully digest and can cause
regurgitation which can be deadly. Also feeding 2-3 times a week will cause obesity also not a good thing

Mice are just like people. The females can be viscous. If you are going to put a breeding group together it is best to buy weanlings that are not yet
sexually mature. Get one male and 2 or 3 females and let the grow up together. Then they will become a family and be fine.
If you put a mature male in with a mature female, she often will not except him and may kill him.

Are the
water bottles inside their enclosure? All rodents are prone to chewing, that is how they keep their incisors from over growing. Only suggestion I can think of is to remove make sure the stopper, or screw on spout) is protected by having the water bottle on the outside of their enclosure. That can be difficult if you are using glass aquariums to house your ASF's. Lab boxes might be a ...

When we raised mice I found the best way to keep odor down was to use wood stove pellets as bedding... a very
thin layer! As they soil it, it turns to sawdust. It's cheap and easy and worked great for us.
Sorry I can't help with your question about keeping them in the garage.

I've head problems with broken limbs and heads from those companies that ship in just bags like that. They're always nice and whole when they've been vacuum-packed, though. My snakes don't seem to mind a missing limb or two, though! ;}

The male could be a dud. I'd start over with a new
harem. Get them young and introduce them together before they are actually mature enough to breed. Then let nature take it course.

Lizards carry
parasites, so they aren't a good long-term solution. Have you tried scenting with lizard shed, or lizard skin? Like actually attaching it to the pink/fuzzy? Or letting the pink/fuzzy sit in a bag of lizard to REALLY soak up the scent?

I could not find a clear answer either. I again looked at some online bedding studies and several of them had results clearly supported the groups doing the study. There seems to be several studies saying that cedar alters liver enzymes, but no clear cut info as to actual practical consequences.
If you do a casual
internet search you will see numerous rodent type chat boards with posts ...
