this is probably hard for most to believe but I do not know how to make great tasting coffee. It is always bitter or not 'smooth' tasting like White Castle's coffee. I do not even know how long it is supposed to perc in the perculator on the stove!! I have researched many recipes for brewing coffee but I just can't seem to hit the nail on the head! I always use the correct amount of water and...

My kids love spinach and I would love some recipes with spinach as a side or in a dish. Its so hard getting them to eat their veggies, so I figured I'd work with what they like!

I'm not much of a red meat lover. However, my boyfriend is and I'd like to make him a steak dinner Friday night. Does anyone have a recipe that is "tried and true"? A recipe that's not too difficult to make and won't cost me an arm and a leg! I made Alton Brown's steak in the oven for NYE last year and it was DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, it was, also, a bit messy. Thanks:-) Oh, and other "...

Apparently your supposed to put the eggs on one side cook and then flip it over to finish cooking. It does not tell you how many eggs to put in or any other information. Any help here would be ...

I am going to cook some ribs this afternoon. What is the best method? I've always just browned in some oil, seasoned with S & P, garlic salt. Then I put them in a roasting pan with a bit of water and simmer for a few hours. If it is summer, then I will transfer to BBQ near end of cooking, then slather with BBQ sauce. I am not BBQ-ing today it is verrry cold.

Does anyone know what the name of this appetizer might be? It had chopped dates, and maybe appricots, marinated in Grand Marnier with Brie cheese in some kind of pastry, served with apples? A chef brought it to a New Years Eve party, and I want the recipe.
