I'm starting out - again! And having just totally blown my first day of induction, I guess I need to say that I'm starting out - TOMORROW. Lack of planning on my part just completely blew my induction goals for today out of the water. I have 100 lbs. to lose before I reach my goal weight. 100 lbs. is a LOT on a 5'1" frame, so I expect to look absolutely smashing when I get there!

I'm at the point of starting over. I've read NDR all over again. I'm starting from scratch.. The hard part will be to get past out of my head. Get rid of things I 'think' I know. Back when I first started this WOE, there was no convenience items. THATS when this was working for me. This WOE takes work and I am prepared to do the work it takes. And to start carrying the book around with me again. I need the reference...

I said Other because I want to build on the bit of progress I made this year, which was losing inches by doing T-Tapp regularly and with better form. Still need to lose a fair amount of fat and inches, but I am thinner than I have been in some years. I need to get back to eating more cleanly and not eating for emotional reasons.

I said other. I was torn between other and maintaining my progress. I have lost a ton of weight, adn been extremely sucessful, but I am still a work in progress, and the holidays are always a maintain/gain time for me. The numbers on the scale have gone up 10 lbs., but I know my body, and I am certain that only 4-5 is real weight gain...the rest is just water weight. I have figured out what works for me, and I am certain that I will meet my...

I said "other", too because I am feeling strangely ok with not trying to be the skinniest I've ever been or as skinny as I "could" be. I don't know. I *am* looking forward to getting back to normal Monday with eating and working out.

I guess I am just to cheap (really it is more frugal) to buy books very often. I use the library for most books. My sister and I used to exchange paperbacks and I used to buy at used book stores and garage sales. At my last house, I had two floor to ceiling bookcases filled with books but I never reread a book so there is no need to keep a book. Occasionally, I will buy a paperback for ...
