I'm so going to keep this in mind! Hubby coughs frequently, so there's something here that might help him.
About the ginger, I
remember a friend of Mike telling him to eat it as it is, and that it'd do good for the sinuses. (Usually, the moment he lays down, his
sinuses plug up!)

Butter is good on pancakes, biscuits, dinner rolls,
mashed potatoes, etc. I, personally, can't live without it. Oh, yes! Popcorn! Definitely popcorn! And,
yes, it's an important nutrient when used wisely.
Which, as you can see from the above list....I don't. Hey, I'm 5'5" and weigh 108lbs. so....MORE BUTTER FOR EVERYONE!

Iceberg lettuce and tons of veggies! EVERYthing except mushrooms. I love the taste, not the texture
I love all kinds of salad dressings. I found the raspberry dressing used at our
rehearsal dinner, oh so long ago. Oh it is so good! I just wish produce
wasn't so expensive here.
All of my kids love salad/raw veggies too!

I've had social anxiety disorder for many years, and that's led to depression. I follow a
cognitive behavioural therapy book to try and improve things
but I've been this way most of my life so it's very hard going.
