Um.. You might be able to go fullscreen on the vid, and take a screenshot when you get to the point where you want a stillframe. Just pause and take the screenshot. And if you don't know how to take one, just hit the "Print Screen" button. On my laptop it says "PrtSc" Then you paste into Paint, and save it.
