Probably is failing, just make sure you have
back ups of important data and RMA it if still under warranty.
If not under warranty just back up data and wait for it to die, or replace it.

Motherboard doesn't see RAM I have an Intel DX48BT2 board and every once in a while when I turn it on, it gives me the beeps which say that there is no memory present, even though the computer has plenty of RAM and it worked fine the day before. Usually unplugging every stick and putting it back in does the trick. Other times I have to reset the
CMOS. I also tried another batch ...

I would start by testing your memory with memtest. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory
Diagnostic Tool
Also make sure windows is completely updated.

Its probably overheating, the video card that is.
Use nvidia control panel or evga precision tool to turn the fan speed up to 100% before entering the game.
You can also try updating all
hardware drivers and patching the games.
Also cut down on running processes using msconfig and update windows.

reset the cmos and reboot, if that doesn't work youll need a usb to ps/2 converter to enable
USB keyboard support in the cmos.
Can also try another keyboard.
