Thanks for posting.... I am a skeptic, and no stranger to MLMs; so when I was introduced to this I decided to scrutinize... .   The testimonials are truly remarkable. What I liked is that Reliv does NOT CLAIM to be a cure-all. In fact, the people I met insist on working with your doctors. I will try the product and give some to my family and to those I know and trust before I decide to go the MLM route with it.

The Nutritious Apple This article states: A medium apple -- about 2-3/4 inches in diameter -- contains about 72 calories, 19 grams of carbohydrate and 3 grams of fiber, with no fat or protein. If you peel it, the same apple will have 61 calories, 16 grams of carbohydrate and 2 grams of fiber. Generally, three medium apples weigh a pound.

french onion soup! 6-8 large vidalia onions, 3 stalks of celery, 3 beef bouillon cubes, 2tblsp butter, worchestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. i usually leave that cooking all day. serve topped with toasted bread and melted provolone or mozzerella cheese. most potato soup recipes work well in slow cookers, too.

Hi - here are a handful of ratings of Reliv (and a few other soy supplements). While Reliv could be a terrific product (I haven't tried it) - in my mind all supplements sold through multi-level marketing programs need to be examined with extra scrutiny because of the tarnished reputation of the entire MLM world. Unfortunately, there has always been a tendency in the MLM world to make ...

You could try CherryActive – it is expensive but amazing. It taste like a cherry cordial but is super healthy with something like 4 times more antioxidants in one glass than you get from your 5 a day. Our family are addicted to it which costs us £30 a month but when you find out how beneficial it is, it definitely becomes worth it.

Yes, lots of menopausal women take Agnus Castus, there is anecdotal evidence that it helps reduce symptoms. I am a nutritionist and I tend to recommend BioCare( Agnus Castus Plus – in most health food shops) but most of the well known brands have an Agnus Castus product that you could try. Hope it works for you.
