I've lived w/ 2 women who were bulimic. It wasn't fun. But ANY throwing up is not normal. All throwing up is bulimic behavior.

I think Tae-Bo is one of the best workouts around, but sometimes it bothers my knees. What else is equally a challenging workout?

I’m so fat that every time I start exercising I feel exhausted after only 5 minutes. I tried taking the stairs instead of the elevator but I couldn`t reach first floor. I`m fat, I`m not feeling ashamed or anything, it that I lost my body tonus and I`m not fit anymore. So, help me out, will you? Do you know any good weight loss web site or a good exercise routine?

Good morning, I have gained over 16 pounds in roughly two (2) months. Prior to this weight gain, I was a very lean individual with little body fat therefore this rapid weight gain is not all bad. The majority of the weight increase is good, healthy muscle. With that said, I am concerned about this rapid weight gain because I do not know what triggered it. If you threw up the food you ate only once every day like, 4 days a week, that wouldnt mean you were bulimic agian would it? cuz dont you have to do it everyday at everymeal? i mean, its okay cuz im just trying to control my weight. i want to get healthier 5'4 and 115 is what i am and i want to be healthier and get to 105 around there. soo its not like im doing it exsesivly.
