Oh Yes! You must immediately get your physician to order a 25-hydroxy-vitamin D [25(OH)D] Blood test for you....and most probably you will be found deficient. There are foods which help to lower high blood pressure . It also helps to walk at least 30 minutes a day at a moderate pace.
