Agruing with Cody is like pleasuring oneself with a cheesegrater. Sure, it's mildly entertaining, but ultimately leaves you chaffed. Normally you would hear crickets but they were uncomfortable about just how unfunny that was. That was probably one of the creepiest things I have ever seen. HEY, whatever blows your hair back chief. I more like the real thing than turning my **** into some shreds...

An argument against the public posting of points between rounds is that it might influence the judges scoring, tempting them to compensate in their own scorings if they disagreed with the other judges. If you're presuming jusge bias, that a judge really wants one fighter to win so much to the extent that he will try to overcompensate of judges scoring differently, well then no update of the scoring or rules will matter. And is there any...

Also how does your bold quote, prove or suggest that I didn't know they had previously fought? It was not towards you for starters. And yes, the takedown gave Kos the first round. I NEVER said Kos won that fight tool. Those are my two favorite fighters and yes, I WAS disappointed in the last two rounds of that fight BUT it WAS STILL EVEN going into round 3.

Fights like this are why I have posted previously that the 10-point must dinosaur doesn't really work in MMA and maybe there's a better way to score a fight. Maybe a way of scoring similar to wrestling where you are awarded based on what is accomplished.

LOL I like how we keep ignoring the dude with the bengals icon, but he keeps typin......QUIT ghosting bro. Get over your self. Im not posting to impress you. Besides you have proven through your ranting and raving that you are just a belligerent fool who has little idea as to what he is talking about so much like elliot has done, i would be wasting my time.

I want to get that bald, little, fat guy over here real quick; believe me. All the Fedor fans get pissed when I say that. I think Dana's got it wrong. Fedor fans probably get a kick out of the way he looks. He probable does, too. Even though he's Russian, he could be any bald, little, fat, middle-aged, hamburger eating, white American guy with high ...

Its hard to read if wanderlei is literally punch drunk now and just is programmed to go out swingin and hope he gets the KO: Can he even see past all that scar tissue? I know he just had some plastic surgery to try and scuffle it all away but still. On the other hand its hard to tell with bisping: I used to think bisping was a modest stand up fighter until he met ...

Vera absolutely won. Even Randy was surprised as he admitted during the post fight interview. These judges lately have been horrible. Randy is one of my all time favorite fighters but he didn't win. On top of that, on my UFC fantasy card I had Vera winning by unanamious decision which should have been called and would have put me in the top 20 overall in the ...

As to your point #1, I think that wish is borne merely of your disappointment at specific fights that go to a decision. In reality, under 1/4 of all MMA fights go to a decision. So in better than 3 of 4 fights, someone either gets pounded out or decisioned. In that 1/4, at least a third of those fights are balls-to-the-wall stamina wars, wars of attrition ...

He's strong, explosive and unpredictable with his striking. Signing up with Greg Jackson's camp was the smartest thing he's done in his career. Look for Jones to put on a show Dec. 5th. I like Matt Hamil and all as a person but he's pretty one dimensional as a fighter. I wish him well but against someone with the weapons that Jones has, he could be in for a rude ...

Yeah I am a Tito fan, but was disappointed with the excuses. He should have taken the loss like a pro and moved on. The decision I thought was the right one. Tito had no offense in the third round, it was all Forrest. Can't wait for number 3.

was anyone else sickened by the number of times he grabbed the cage? Ditto here, would like to hope that if it had gone to a decision he would have lost because of it at the very least. But ultimately the fight wasn't that great to begin with much like this topic/comments already say. Hard to even care that it was such a ridiculous fight and the ref ...

Whether he was or wasn't doing that, it was still illegal to even attempt a knee to a down opponent. He also came back strong and ended up domination Anthony Johnson and eventually choking him out with a rear naked. Not to mention, Anthony Johnson got just as much rest time as Josh Koscheck did when he was kneed.

"THAT" along from him being the best LHW of all time put A$$es in the seats. Tito made the sport what it is today........You have to bring somewhat of a personality to this sport, especially when people weren't familiar with it. Frank shamrock and Ttio ortiz were pioneers of "Putting on a show" really. I think even now Brock has made an impact on that as well and is ...

I don't know, his last two fights while both losses weren't awful. He was totally over-powered by Brock but thats happened to him a few times with real HWs. He put up a good fight against Big Nog and unlike Chuck, Randy really took care of himself. He was also never a slugger like Chuck so didn't take as many massive shots to the head which are what ages a fighter....

It's hard to tell if Kimbo will be fighting again on the show. That clip may have been from the Big Country fight, but in the trailors for this show before it haired they showed a clip of Kimbo slamming a guy who looked a lot smaller then Big Country. Does it matter though, because if he does fight again he doesn't win. If he did he would be fighter another ...

Sounds like he may have been worried about failing another drug test. That's too bad because that would've been a good fight. I always enjoy his fights, but feel like he's never lived up to his potential. Gotta love Twitter and being able to get the news straight from the source before the media has a chance to report it. If you don't have an account, it's ...

I take it, these judges are making it hard to predict some fights. We have to keep in mind that all fights going to discision will probably go to the favored fighter if the fight goes to distance. I've seen alot of changes in the refs in the last year...not to good for the sport, but their's nothing that can be done. Another reason why fighters like to finish ...

I'm not saying Forrest didn't win (eye of the beholder, after all), but how come in Round 1 you don't give credit to the take-down ITSELF. Also, call me old-fashioned, but I have a hard time giving someone a 10-8 round unless: - They SERIOUSLY work a guy over - Get them in at least one, if not several, near submissions or KO's. Forrest clearly won round 3 handily...
