For the WSU crew, is Team Zero relevent to the current goings on in the WSU, slowly picking up all the Wildcats, DV8, Sleeper, Stormwatch (although i can't get hold of the Alien crossover) Authority, Planetary, and various others, but as i was just about to get Wildcats Vicious Circles, i noticed the guy was selling a Team Zero trade as well, and i vaguely remember a Team 7, do i need to bother ...

In these tough economic times, buying comics has become more than expensive than ever. Rising gas and cover prices have driven more and more readers toward tradewaitng, and it's paying off. Passing on the pamphlets and waiting for the trade adds up really quickly into substantial savings. For example, Army@Love: Book 2 just came out and costs $13. Book 1 only cost $10. Total cost, $23...

I am interested to know where to begin with this as well. What is the start of the Tom Strong series? I ask because I have seen Tom Strong Vol 1 and Tom Strongs Terrific Tales Vol 1 and Tomorrow Stories 1 for sale.

The VERTIGO Encyclopedia is out in stores now, it seems, and I flipped through it before work today. I immediately figured it was an encylopedic book (like the DC one, which has an updated edition out now too) with each character in alphabetical order. Not a bad thing at all, but given the width and breadth of Vertigo's publishing history that particular format might not work and be too spread ...

If there was any doubt as to the legitimacy of Sadie's story from #7, I think it's just about cleared up now. Annie X is clearly not the person (or perhaps human ) we thought she was. I think I'm starting to understand the point of the title " Young Liars." No one in this book seems to be who they say they are. Awesome stuff.

I bought this strictly for the presence of Abnett and Lanning (who have done stunning work for Marvel as of late) - and i'm not disappointed in the least. I'd all but given up on the title since Ellis/Hitch left it, but it finally seems to be in good hands (esp. after that atrocious Authority Prime debacle).

Has anyone else been reading this excellent, excellent book? Was anyone else completely thrown for a loop with this issue? I figured when we got to Sadie's backstory, it'd be nuts, but I would have never guessed it would have involved this level of nutsness.

Olivia Wilde as Beth . Elizabeth Banks as Beth II . I'm having a hard time casting Dr. Mann, though.
