Across from those areas on the east side of the Peak to Peak highway is Gordons Gulch, Pennsylvania Gulch and SugarLoaf Mountain. Taking this loop is fun in the winter and Pennsylvania Gulch is a kick in the pants in deep snow! Here is our trip report from last spring. http://www.ghostridersjeepclub.org/g...4-09-t130.html

Georgetown Ice Racing

Your Jeep would fall in the Street Stock category. In this division the chance of roll over is very minimal, especially with bare rubber tires. The tracks can have some tight corners, but you don't get enough traction to really do anything crazy. The division with lowered race jeeps is a Competition level, where they have been specifically built like a race car. Most of these guys/girls will race on a different track on practice day...

Maybe,Found out the new lockout hubs came in just now.I'd like to get the TJ out for the first time with me as driver.I'll check this thread,and see what is happening.Going to crawlertech today to pick up hubs,and let them look at it,see if they can fix death wobble.I think it's a ballancing issue....

I was there this past Sunday about noon, there was 4 inches of fresh snow at the gate and much more about a mile in, the gate was open, the FS web site says it's open, the voice on the phone as of this last Thursday said it's open, but it is signed as closed.
