I think I'd go CO2 over OBA for spud gun purposes. Much faster! How do muzzle velocities of the pneumatic gun (assuming 100 to 150 psi) compare to combustion guns? I've always assumed that the pneumatic guns shoot a lot harder, although I've never actually witnessed one in action. My combustion gun is pretty darn big, shoots hard, and gives a nice loud report.

Clyde speaks the truth about MO turkey. Here is the kicker for wild turkey. Most of the time they are skinned instead of plucked. that makes them dry out when you bake them. I perfer to cut the meat into nuggets, batter them and deepfry them.

The Spud Scud that we built used starting fluid or WD40 and worked great. Just make sure you use either SCH40 or 80 and use good glue and primer when you put it together.
