I knew it was gonna be horrible right after I walked out of the test center... I'm usually fairly solid in writing my essays but this is just ridiculous. At least I'm only a junior. Anybody have any tips on how they write so well (preferably maintaining coherence and structure)?

yes you should take the test because you can always send in that new score for scholarships and such

What exactly is superscore?? I heard that it's sending best section scores. Is it correct? If it is, how does it exactly work?

When you send scores priority right after you see them, and you still don't have the essay score, do the scores still get sent right away or do they wait until the essay score is posted to send everything?

For some writing scores are already up even though ACT said that it could take a week or more.

From my scores after 3 tests I have a 28.5 superscore - which rounds up to a 29 (my top 2 choices superscore). However, to get the 28.5 vs. 28.25, I have to use my June scores which were really low in some areas. My Oct scores don't help my superscore, but at least some of the sections were better than June scores and at Amherst they said they watch to see if kids improve with their scores. Do...

I've taken the test 4 times, and each time have gotten basically the same composite score, but different individual sections. Which ones should I send? or just send them all? Whats a 33 in terms of SAT score?

Sept E: 36 M: 35 R: 28 S: 26 C: 31 Oct E: 34 M: 33 R: 27 S: 30 C: 31 Which of those two should I send? Does the fact that I blew the science in the September test really hurt me? Also, should I try the December one and see if I can raise it?
