I'd say as a kin we found the 3rd stage harder to master than the 12 which I think we sussed out on about our third attempt. From second stage here is how we do it: (1) Swim to bridge (2) Have hunters tank 2 big tentacles (3) Take down left one completely, take down right one to about 5000. The in-game music. Got it cranked up all the way, too. Music and atmospheric sounds are the only two audio elements I have at 100%, the rest's at 50.

And of course you're entitled to have that opinion. My opinion is totally different to yours however and I don't want to see any further options or improvement /upgrades to pvmp.
This is a PvE game and the developers should devote all of their time into making the pve side of things the best they can be. Imo more pvp would have a huge impact on pve in terms of class balance etc. ...

What resolution? The 4870 will probably do the job you're after (I have a 4850 running Ultra settings at 1920x1200 with the occasional minor stutter), but you may need a 4890 if you're going to be looking at 1920x1200 or somesuch.

You need 35 rad + DP hope. The 4 6-man set pieces (i.e no need to have helm or shoulders from DD/16th). That'll be even easier to get with SoM, a few GS runs and you'll have your 40 rad.
That said, it wouldn't bother me at all if they did remove the radiance requirement, but watcher isn't exactly a hard gate to get past at the moment. DN is a bit harder, admittedly.

Nice stuff in that thread. Especially the statement, that the passive trait for discounts will be for all mounts, including festival and reputation mounts. The Dev Diary that was psoted some time ago stated that the discount would only be for normal mounts.
I will be draining my gold like mad after release.
