Some of my players to renew their contracts like a lot of money. Almost twice what they get! Leaving the staf will refresh you may not renew a player and to miss or make regular updates?

I usually try and renew the contracts myself first and if it getting to the point where they won't accept anything I will set the contracts to be automatically renewed by staff. This should then happen on the 1st of January. It doesn't really make sense though as sometimes the players will end up accepting contracts worth less than what they were offered earlier. Yes in the 2006 version of the game there was some sort of bug where players over the age of 24 failed to improve. Fear not though as this has been sorted out in the 2007 version. I have only played the PS2 version for any length of time though so I'm not completly sure if the PC and XBOX360 versions are also without the bug although I assume they are.
