Was it fine and driveable before they fixed the head light. Which headlight (what side and what did they have to replace just the headlight ,wiring harness) Alittle more info would help. Isnt there a groungd behind the driverside headlight ,if it was that side I would pull the head light maybe they piched a ground wire or power wire and the voltage is getting pulled down. edit: Sorry checked prints the grounds seem to be all by the coolant...

see i only had it ouside the exhaust for maybe 3 weeks, and all 3 weeks I had a CEL. Leads me to believe if it recalibrated itself the CEL would have went off. Also b/c of the pre-cat lean code, maybe my O2 is fine, and my car is really running lean. What the code actually states (which is weird its not in the sticky for cobalt codes) is that the O2 sensor is not reaching the desired temperature and running lean. Im curious now though, i just...

you either have a hi flow cat, or no cat. that's what's causing it. it's not a big deal, it doesn't do anything negative. it's just an emmisions code.

Could be "svc braking system". Was the red brake sysmbol on the cluster lit up as well? If so, it is indicating a problem with the brakes. Needless to say, you do not want to let that go. If the indicator is lit or the message is still on the dic, have it towed to the dealer. Do NOT drive it if there is any doubt about the brakes, they are kind of important. If the indicator on the ...

A rich condition, too much fuel, can result from: 1. the tune 2. a bad O2 sensor 3. a problem with the MAF sensor 4. an intake leak 5. an exhaust leak (depending on where it's at) You have some trouble shooting to do. I hope this helps.
