haha my apologies for upsetting people. I'm not here to piss people off. I'm not going to lie I do envy most of you. I may have a v8, but there is nothing like the whine of a supercharger or sound of a turbo under full throttle.

Thats pretty good. I have gotten a 2.0 60', but its not easy to do. I finally got my torque management so I can do it pretty consistently. My best time is 13.05, so you are pretty good. Just need practice.

Aight, So today was my first day at a Car Show/ TNT Meet. We were randomly volunteered for the car show thanks to our Show Car Buddy Jesse. But thats besides the point. Since my car wasnt show ready i decided to take some runs on the 1/8th mile (so no slips but i wouldnt lie about this) So my first run was a 10...

dont worry about ur time i did 14.5 @99 with a 2.3 60' with the same mods, also had a slipping clutch i couldnt shift hard 1-2 nor floor it in 2nd til 4500rpms.

2009 ss/tc vs 350z
went out to baytown last night first time ever to run a at the drag strip. first run was horrible got all excited and spun like a sob 2.6 60' 15.04 @ 98.93.
So i jumped back in line and when i pulled up looked over 350Z pulling up too could see it had exhaust so thought should be a pretty close run. out of ...

I assume by the times that it was an 1/8th drag and you were dumping the clutch and spinning until you hit second.
the ecu will move some in the cradle. if you had any wheel hop at all, I could see where an ABS sensor may have been knocked loose causing the light to trigger.
Don't try to launch like paul walker at 5k rpm. spinning and wheel hops are your enemy.

What rpms are you launching at? I don't have the same car as you but I launch at idle rpms and run 2.1 60' quite often.

my car stays still while doing a 2nd gear burnout on DR's so i dont know
what to recommend for that. my best 60 foot time with DR's was 1.92
