Does anyone else in here run? i do manly 5k races and my best time is 21:14. this is my first season and i know by spring i will be sub 21. anyone else like running as much as me?

It's great telling us your height and weight and goals (building muscle, losing weight). It's also great telling us what you've been eating. But the bottom line to any exercise goal is caloric intake. Some people don't bother about eating habits. It's because they are A. young and/or B. have good genetics. For the rest of us, we need to get technical about our
workout routine AND diet....
